She was on track with everything, attitude was amazing, answered every call, and her personality was just through the roof all smiles. This process was honestly enjoyable.

I was left unable to shower, flush the toilet, wash my hands, or cook — all while expected to report to work the next day. This was not a temporary inconvenience; it was a complete loss of basic habitability due to outdated, poorly maintained equipment. To make matters worse, maintenance left behind a total mess. My living room, bedroom, and closet floors were flooded, leaving a significant portion of my carpet soaked with dirty, unknown water from an issue entirely out of my control. Personal belongings were damaged, and my home was left unsanitary! Paying full rent does not mean tenants should be forced to live without water, sanitation, or safe living conditions. This situation shows a clear lack of urgency, accountability, and respect for residents. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property
