  I stayed over in these apartments for 3 yrs and I am very disappointed on how this apartment complex had sent my final bill to a collection agency when indeed I made the last payment of $59.92 via money order. I am so glad I asked that young lady in the office to make a copy of the money order as well as sign her name before I left, now I have to call the collection company and provide documentation proving payment was made because management did not update the account. Note Money order provided on 11/29, however I'm receiving a letter from the collection agency the other day of balance due. When I called the complex advising what happen all Pam could say was I can send you a copy of your ledger showing no balance when in fact this should have never been sent to the collection agency especially when the payment was made before they decided to send it to collections. It's not a fault of mine this was not processed when it was received, now here I am having to dispute charges that were in fact made, just glad the lady at the collection agency was understanding and she did state The Apartment Complex should have been sending the information over and not me.....

  The staff in the office was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Every question I asked, they had an answer for! Destiny assited me with my tour and if I was a little hesitant about applying, I became comfortable! It pays to be respectful at all times, because you never know who’s watching

  I can’t thank Destiny enough for not only being patient but also extremely helpful with everything! She’s been amazing and the apartments here are so nice, definitely one of the nicer places I’ve been at hands down

  I recently moved in my leasing agent that I worked with was Destiny she was amazing and helpful she kept me informed all the way through my move in date I had a few things that needed to be done when I moved in but maintenance got on it ASAP so far my experience is great thanks again Destiny ☺️

  Enjoy living here. Maintenance has been swift with my requests and my neighbors are amazing. My issue is they lack the information residence of attempted break ins that are being reported that I learned about when I was reporting someone walking right into my apartment and taking my kids ps5 within 5 seconds. Like strategically planned. Was my door unlocked? Yes because my oldest son was coming in soon and my other 2 children were there. Does that give the right for the manager to say “Some things can be prevented.” In the most insensitive demeanor. NO!!! No one should walk into anyone’s place and take anything. But that’s not the world we live in. And when asked why anything wasn’t sent out when someone was sticking their hand through a residents window attempting to break in over a week ago it was “Well people still say they don’t get the emails when we send them out.” BS excuse!!! They know it’ll hurt their reputation so they keep things hushed! Talk to your children and tell them to be aware of their surroundings when getting off the school buses and walking home! Because truth be told a thief wouldn’t have cared if the door was locked or unlocked!!
