  I visited The Stella Apartments to inquire about a 2 bedroom. Ms. Tia Greer was very, pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. I was given a tour, and was very impressed with the renovated unit I was shown. A very good first impression of the community.

  Acabamos de mudarnos y la verdad todo el proceso fue excelente, tuvimos un excelente acompañamiento de parte de Destiny y Pamela, esperamos que nuestra estancia sea igual de excelente que la atención. We have just moved and the truth is that the whole process was excellent, we had excellent accompaniment from Destiny and Pamela, we hope that our stay is as excellent as the attention.

  I recently toured The Stella Apartments, and I was genuinely impressed. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the leasing agent, Tia. She was extremely detailed, patient, and genuinely helpful — especially with me coming from out of town and having a lot of questions. Tia walked me through everything step-by-step, made sure I understood all my options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place that’s not only nice but also has a leasing team that truly cares, I highly recommend checking out The Stella and asking for Tia.

  I stayed over in these apartments for 3 yrs and I am very disappointed on how this apartment complex had sent my final bill to a collection agency when indeed I made the last payment of $59.92 via money order. I am so glad I asked that young lady in the office to make a copy of the money order as well as sign her name before I left, now I have to call the collection company and provide documentation proving payment was made because management did not update the account. Note Money order provided on 11/29, however I'm receiving a letter from the collection agency the other day of balance due. When I called the complex advising what happen all Pam could say was I can send you a copy of your ledger showing no balance when in fact this should have never been sent to the collection agency especially when the payment was made before they decided to send it to collections. It's not a fault of mine this was not processed when it was received, now here I am having to dispute charges that were in fact made, just glad the lady at the collection agency was understanding and she did state The Apartment Complex should have been sending the information over and not me.....
