- CCCLJan 15, 20262.0Nothing special about these apartments. Overpriced. Needs to be paved. Not handicap friendly. The upgrades are cheap but they overcharge you for them. Can't enjoy outside with your kids. Holidays they shoot like crazy. You can't have a BBQ grill. Water pressure is the lowest out of any apartment I've ever had. Mailbox area kinda floods and gets muddy when it rains. Only two trash cans in the back that gets over filled at times with trash all outside of it. You pay extra for trash valet for no reason at all. Tub sounds like it's gonna fall through the floor every time you use it. Overall it's really not worth how much your paying every month especially with all the extra fees added.
