- EZevelyn zapataOct 21, 20251.0Living at this apartment complex has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had as a renter. The rent is far too high for the poor quality of the units and the complete lack of responsibility from maintenance and management. There are serious mold problems throughout the apartments, especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, the issue has never been properly fixed. Maintenance workers only perform quick, surface-level fixes instead of addressing the actual cause, and the mold continues to spread and return. The situation has gotten so bad that one of my neighbors had to move out because the black mold caused health issues. In addition to the mold, there is a roach infestation, and the complex does not fumigate regularly. Even after repeated complaints, management has failed to take meaningful action, leaving residents to deal with unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. To make matters worse, the maintenance staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They often show up late, disrespect residents, and in some cases, enter apartments without permission if you don’t immediately open the door. Their attitude clearly shows that they do not care about tenants’ concerns or comfort. Overall, this complex is severely mismanaged, unsafe, and not worth the high rent being charged. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and neglect of serious health issues make it a place I would strongly advise others to avoid until major improvements are made.

All of the leasing office employees are amazing. I would recommend living here to anybody. Very great place to stay. It makes home feel like home🩷🩷
