Shelby is absolutely amazing - she runs essentially everything and is so kind, a go-getter, and so easy to talk to and work with. I had some difficulties with a couple maintenance situations, and even though that really sucked, she worked so hard to make it right. Also, in terms of maintenance, Mike is a wonderful human and so helpful. It’s very safe and they’re so proactive on keeping things clean and nice - power washing, upgrading security, new paint, you name it. Shelby, you’re a gem - thank you for everything.

- JJJen JonesJul 30, 20255.0I lived here for two years and would have stayed longer if it wasn't for a new job! The area here feels very safe and everyone is so friendly. The front office and maintenance staff are accommodating and work very hard for their community here. While I have had multiple issues with my AC, the maintenance staff was always fast to respond and worked to fix the issue. My power bill did get high in the summer as I lived on the top floor, but otherwise was affordable for a fresh college graduate! I will miss this place and would highly recommend making it your next home!
