- JIJB InspireFeb 21, 20261.0I have a 1 bedroom apartment here. Been here since the end of November. My apartment hvac vents broke again week after moving and they have yet to fully fix it. It’s get really cold. I have already called code enforcement. Also they have roaches in my apartment. They have a person who comes and sprays that stays and spray for 2 mins and leave. The only good thing is the apartment is remodeled but you will have roaches. All of them do! PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
