The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. Definitely one of the best tours I’ve had.”

  This is the worst apartments I’ve ever been in. Only moved to be close to family and it was HELL from beginning to END. The manager Denetria is SLOW and only qualified to manage a chicken joint and yet still can’t even manage to grow hair! They gave me a roach infested apartment with a fridge full of roaches. Mold is growing in the apartments because there are leaks they refuse to address. The office staff is unprofessional and untrained because Denetria herself is too incompetent to train them well. Cars constantly getting broken into, random ppl hanging out and arguing all in the middle of the night. I’ve had strange men banging on my door and trying to get into my apartment. If you live alone or value safety please do not move here. I will always advise others to look elsewhere if considering this complex. RUNNNNN!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place was horrible and I am grateful to be free. They also try to lie and charge you unnecessarily so make sure you stay vigilant and keep up with any charges on your account and always get a 2nd and 3rd confirmation because they are slow and will all tell you different things depending on how they feel. I highly doubt these ppl even graduated high school atp.

  I would give the apartments a 5 star if I Hadn’t had to go through such a terrible time with my hot water tank bursting 23 days after moving in October 1. The maintenance department is lackluster. They do patchwork instead of getting to the problem. I have been displaced now for over a week I have had to call and ask for updates instead the apartments updating me day by day to let me know what was going. I actually went by today, October 31, 2025 after I was told that the water was fixed after changing out a breaker putting on two thermostats and a heating core And steel the water isn’t getting hot and I’m supposed to be able to move back in supposedly Monday after the carpeting has been relayed and dry. This has been a horrible process and could’ve been handled much better with better communication and with a better maintenance department. But the upside to my rating is because of one person in the rental office and that is Terrell. He is the epitome of customer service. He is a light to that office. If you all could clone him, that would be a wonderful thing. He is the example of how to treat tenants and people. From the day I came to look at apartments. He was so welcoming, and he took his time to show me the model apartments, unlike other apartments I had going to view who only wanted to show me a video. He thoroughly explained the rental process the upgrades that were upcoming, and it sold me, and I decided to move there because of Terrell’s Great customer service and professionalism. He actually probably could do a training classes for the rest of the rental managers or rental managers all around because he just cares about people and that is how you retain your tenants long term! But bad maintenance, unprofessional-staff members will surely run them away!
