I can already tell i will be breaking my lease. I have put in 4 complaints about them already! And NOTHING! I have called the office, went into the office and talked face to face And sent in two videos of their child RUNNING AT 6-7am! They do this EVERY.DAY. EVERY.MORNING. ALL DAY. I have knocked on the neighbors door twice! Spoke to the mom AND DAD and they both got smart with me. A whole year of this? I think NOT! I plan to break my lease! Great apartment but, I will not be dealing with a terrible neighbor that makes noise all day everyday with no help from the office! I am still missing my door number on my door which makes it hard for people to find a address when i order stuff or have family over. If it wasn't for this neighbor this would've been a great place to live. Rents cheap but, at the risk of my peace? not worth it. I can't even relax on my days off or get sleep on the days i work because of them. and my door? I had problems getting inside it wouldn't unlock. I was stuck outside at 11pm. i called emergency maintenance. the man came. No tools or nothing. Twisted the key in the lock like I did told me this isn't a job they usually respond to and told me he would come back at 8am to change the lock. LEFT ME THERE TO FIGURE OUT WHERE IM GOING FOR THE NIGHT! Then when he finished the job that morning left the old lock on the ground by my door. I can tell this isn't the place for me.
