- 99901 901Oct 5, 20253.0I don’t understand how residents here pay $25 every month for valet trash, yet trash sits on porches for days before anyone picks it up. It makes the property look messy and poorly managed. It feels like management hasn’t been taking this issue seriously enough. It’s been going on for too long. Please make sure trash is picked up on time and the community stays clean and organized. It’s actually a nice place to live, but this is one area that really needs improvement ASAP.

The first problem was submitted on the weekend, and it was addressed first thing Monday morning!! And completely fixed by mid afternoon!!! Thank you!!!
