- KWKajavia WoodsFeb 22, 20261.0Do not rent from them. They raise your rent after the first year, and say it's due to the increase in pricing in the area. They do not come out and make improvements to the home to justify the price increase. Go rent through someone else. My base rent is $1705. These are the options they gave me after 1 year. I do not recommend, because they will more than likely continue to raise yearly. To vacate you have to give a 60 day notice to avoid late fees. They also let you know all this 90 days before the end of this lease. Although my base rent is $1705, I am actually paying them $1815 due to water/sewer/security lock system/and etc. Update: A representative from Progress residential contacted me after my Google Review. They did not negotiate and keep my rent at $1705. So, just giving you all a heads up. They will raise the rent yearly without justification or showing you the data as to why.
