The move in process went smooth and if anything is wrong they come out in a timely matter and fix it. You can also tour the houses on your own. I love Progress Residential.

- HMHailey MullDec 29, 20251.0Please do not rent from this company. My fridge went out on Friday 12/26/25. My food spoiled as well as my infants formula. Here it is the 29th & I still don’t have a fridge. A fridge won’t be delivered until 12/30 by the end of the day. It’s their fridge so they’re responsible to replace the fridge. They’re saying that I’d have to use my rentals insurance because their appliance went out. If it was my fridge I wouldn’t mind paying my $500 deductible to replace the food but it’s not. Landlords are responsible to replace appliances within a timely manner. It’s been past the 48hr timeframe. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well as my local news. Also, I will be taking this matter to all of my social media platforms as well.

I mailed a cashiers check to home office overnight by USPS that was picked up by Progress. Long story short it was almost 20 days later that the cashiers check finally magically appeared. Thank you Rebecca for handling this in a timely matter and taking care of a resident of 4 years.
