- RGRachel GillardDec 10, 20251.0BAD EXPERIENCE, ROACH INFESTED, AND IVE NEVER HAD ROACHES, been living here for almost a year now and it’s always someone new in office BIG TURN OVER, lack of communication they temporarily fix things , I’ve not been able to use my patio since I’ve been over here due to the old wood that’s infested with bee nests (did I mention I was attacked by them)and the rail is hanging over putting anybody at risk of danger the rent go up and down adding on insurance fees we already pay for that’s just 10 dollars a month we paying 40 for theirs 🤦🏽♀️ anywho they live for sending eviction with no care even if your going through a crisis they don’t care and they denied mifa saying they don’t use them which was a lie,overall I’m just ready for the lease to be over so we can run out these apartments hoping not to take any of poplar place roach buddies with us 🤦🏽♀️ I put traps to get them but that barely helps but yet they are concerned about money lol poor management and to be honest Kayla was the best and she is missed
