- SSShenile1 day ago5.0I moved here in January 2026 and I love, love, love my apartment! My experience with the staff has been amazing since day one. The first time I toured the property was in October 2025 around 5:15 PM, and even though they closed at 5:30, R’monei still took the time to show me around. That meant a lot. When I returned in November 2025, Breana/Briana helped my friends and me, and she was just as wonderful. I applied that same day. I didn’t like the original unit they offered, so I upgraded—and it was the best decision. When I moved in, I had a minor water issue where it had to be shut off, but maintenance came out that Sunday and fixed everything quickly. The technician was so kind—he even helped me hook up my washer and dryer afterward. The community itself is very quiet, clean, and feels safe. I haven’t experienced any pests, loud neighbors, or issues inside my apartment. It truly feels like home. Every time I’ve needed something, the staff has gone above and beyond. I recently went into the office (March 2026), and Detrick helped me immediately and resolved my issue on the spot. The new property manager, Nakia, is awesome as well. I could go on and on about how great the team is. Moving here was absolutely the right choice. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, friendly place to live with a staff that genuinely cares—look no further. This is your new home!

- EFElodia FleireFeb 12, 20261.0This complex I do not recommend them to anyone, since you do not have privacy with your parking, when they decide to tow your vehicle, they do it without giving you any explanation, they have towed my car 2 times without giving me explanation and every time I have to pay in the parking lot 250 dollars for them, this is a business apart from the service is mailisimo and the apartments are very expensive, I do not recommend them to anyone, do not come rent here.
