  Living at Crosstown Concourse feels a bit like living inside a small, beautifully designed city that just happens to fit under one roof. What I love most is the sense of community. There’s always something happening downstairs that celebrates the richness and diversity of Memphis, from art to music to pop ups that make an ordinary week feel festive. And yet, when you head back up to your apartment, it’s calm and quiet. You might expect a multi use building to be noisy, but my experience has been the opposite. It’s peaceful, almost like the buzz of activity stays politely on the first floor. The amenities make daily life easy and genuinely enjoyable. Restaurants, coffee, fitness, healthcare, events, workspaces. If you don’t feel like driving, you truly do not have to. Everything you need is right here, and it actually works. The lease office staff deserves a special shoutout. Professional, kind, and always ready to help, they make you feel seen and supported, not just processed. If you’re moving to Memphis from out of town or just relocating from another neighborhood and you’re looking for community, convenience, fun, and a caring team, this is the place.

  I have rented at many places in Memphis, and Crosstown Parcels has by far been the best! The leasing office is so attentive and accessible. The Crosstown staff keep the campus so clean and safe. Anytime maintenance is needed, it is completed very timely (often same day!). If you’re looking for a fun, safe, elevated place to rent with tons of food and activity options in the building, Crosstown Parcels is the place to be!

  Do you like having everything at your fingertips? Parcels at Concourse is where it’s at! Snow storm?… no problem, I stayed cozy indoors and just went downstairs for food and social hour. Too lazy to go to the gym in a cold car? Too easy, there’s a YMCA 300ft away. Living here is phenomenal. As for the actual living here, the common areas are super clean, the staff are AMAZING, and the apartments are nice and spacious. I have a 2/2 and I love the industrial feel and the open kitchen living space. The big bay windows are awesome and brings in a lot of natural light. Utilities are flat rate which is great considering how much you can get screwed by electric. Appliances are basic, enough to get by but not top end or fancy. They will let you bring your own fridge and washer and dryer though which is very nice. Maintenance is very responsive and will usually take care of the issue same day. The building does alot of testing lately which is annoying but better safe than sorry. Overall, definitely love living here and having such an awesome team to assist makes it 10x better.   Parcels at Concourse is a wonderful place to call to home in Memphis! The Crosstown community makes this such a fun environment to unwind in where you never know if you will be welcomed home by the sounds of live music or diverse vendor events to embrace the culture or Memphis. The apartments are a cool style and well-cared for. The security and staff are some of the friendliest people you meet and make living here really feel like a community.

  We have lived at Crosstown Concourse for two years, and we love our apartment and our community. Not only do we feel safe and comfortable in midtown Memphis, but we also enjoy the proximity to wonderful restaurants, the Church Health YMCA, and a fantastic grocery store and deli downstairs.
