  This is the place to be. I recently relocated from Chicago to Memphis for a new job and was on the hunt for a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, as I wasn't sure about my long-term stay. After evaluating several downtown apartments that met my criteria, Metro 67 stood out despite fitting within my price range and offering the right amenities, the vibe was not quite right. The moment I stepped into Metro 67, I was struck by the cleanliness and pleasant aroma of the lobby, as well as the reassuring security presence. The rental staff was accommodating and showed me several units, including a furnished one that I decided to rent for three months. While I initially intended to move to Germantown for a more homely and friendly atmosphere, Metro 67 stsff graciously extended my lease by an additional month to give me more time to search. The amenities at Metro 67 are quite impressive, from the rooftop area overlooking the mighty Mississippi to the lower level, where people frequently gather. The basement features creatively repurposed bank vaults as lounging areas, a pool table, a movie theater, and an exercise room. Although I didn't use the gym much, I did enjoy watching my hometown Bears win their games in the theater. What I'll miss most about Metro 67 is the warm and friendly staff, along with the clean, streamlined vibe. It was a tough decision to leave and move to Germantown, but I wanted a place that reminded me of my home back in Chicago. If I had stayed, I would have chosen the 12th-floor penthouse for its stunning view and ideal vibe and price. Additionally, Metro 67 offers secured parking, accessible through a tunnel in the basement, which ensured my car from home was always safe. If secured parking isn't a priority, there's regular parking included with the rent. I highly recommend Metro 67 if you're seeking an old-school building with a clean, streamlined feel and great vibes. Everything is within walking distance, and it truly felt like home during my four-month stay. I'm especially going to miss the staff, with whom I've become friends. Even though I'm not downtown often, I occasionally reach out to say hello or drop by for a visit. Metro 67, you've definitely got it going on.

  I’ve lived in 3 downtown Memphis apartments Printers Alley, Court Square and Metro 67 by far was the best in their service to tenants. I only moved out to help family and to save money to purchase a home. Metro 67’s entire team was phenomenal. They maintained cleanliness in every quarter of the building so thanks to the custodial team. The maintenance crew was responsive with most of my issues resolved within 24 hours. The Community Manager; Cage Carruthers and leasing team Mario Butler; Ali Burton, and Lizzie Daws were all the epitome of professionalism and last but not least the security team always made you feel secure and protected. I must end by stating that most property management companies DO NOT offer the best service to tenants. It is a shame given the high cost of rent especially in the downtown area one would expect top level service everywhere. It is my hope that Envolve property management manages all of its properties as well as it does with the Metro 67 team. PLEASE continue to give tenants the best care, service, and respect and it will always pay off. Sending my best to the Metro 67 staff and Happy Holidays to each of you!!!!!

  I have lived at metro 67 for almost 2 years now and it is fantastic. The living space is comfortable and clean, the ammenities are fantastic, and most importantly management actually cares. Located on the first floor, Metro’s management has been available when I need them and responded to my needs near instantaneously. All of these things combined with the convenient locale makes being a tenant at metro fantastic!

  Incredible staff, wonderful community, and phenomenal all around! We were apprehensive to move downtown but it’s incredibly safe and any issue that we have had (which have been incredibly few and far in between) has always been addressed promptly and with more care and thought than any other apartment complex I’ve lived in. Shout out to the front office for being especially diligent and thoughtful!
