  My issues with the property are related to the management. I actually hid no issues with the property itself and enjoyed my time there. HOWEVER, on move-out, I was assessed fees that were inappropriate - I attempted numerous times to contact the management but they never pick up the phone- or answer emails. The Lease was violated by MSF in not providing a pre- leave walk through AS REQUIRED BY MY LEASE- even though I attempted many times ( dates and times documented) to schedule this walk through. Charges that they agreed were incorrect ( and documented in correspondence) remain on the final invoice. I was willing to pay for items in excess of normal wear and tear, but now wonder if it is even legal for them to collect since they violated the lease?

  I absolutely love living at Madison Shelby Farms! I’ve had an amazing experience living at Madison Shelby Farms! From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. The leasing process was smooth and stress-free, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. The amenities are top-notch and truly make it feel like home. The pool area is always clean and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends on the weekends. The fitness center is fully equipped with everything I need for a great workout, which saves me time and money on a gym membership. I also really appreciate the security system. It gives me peace of mind knowing the property is well-monitored and safe. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which really shows how much they care about their residents. It’s also in a convenient location, close to shopping, dining, and major roads, which makes everyday life so much easier. I feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely happy calling this place home. I would highly recommend Madison Shelby Farms to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, excellent management and great amenities all in one place!
