- JAJose L. AlejoAug 11, 20251.0Had a serious smoker as a downstairs neighbor. The building did nothing serious to stop it, had to move out, got no reimbursement for anything. No smoking is simply a suggestion here, if that. Avoid.

Happy to fix any issues you have including maintenance, billing, etc. The unit was updated and clean, nothing super fancy but certainly did the job for me. I never felt unsafe or threatened while living here as well. Overall, a great place and probably the best bang for your buck compared to other apartments in the area.
