The amenities are insane, and I appreciate how the gym is open 24/7. It seemed like a safe place to live and like you could not ask for more while living here. The staff was very fun, helpful, and kind. Big shoutout to Heather, who gave the tour and helped with my application! I am so excited to hopefully move in!

I’m 19 years old and this was my first apartment. I was so excited to finally have my own space. I spent all my savings on new furniture, decorated it with love, and was proud of myself for taking this step. I had only been living here for a few weeks when everything changed. I received a 30-day notice to vacate for vaping in the courtyard. No warning. No conversation. Just a sudden notice telling me I had to leave. What hurt the most is that I’ve seen other residents, mostly people who aren’t Black, smoke in the same area with no issue. But I was singled out and treated like I didn’t belong. When I spoke to the Senior Manager Amanda hoping for clarity or understanding, she called me “ignorant” for not knowing the rule. I was shocked. I had just moved in. No one ever told me that was a violation. Instead of helping me understand, she embarrassed me. She didn’t treat me with respect and she didn’t care about how it affected me. This experience crushed me. I worked hard to move in and start this chapter and it was taken from me before it could even begin. Please be careful if you’re thinking about moving here. Amanda may smile to your face but her actions are something else entirely. This could’ve been a beautiful beginning but it turned into a nightmare. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone
