  The property manager, Alexis, is top tier! She was so helpful in answering any and all of my questions, and was so patient with me when I was trying to get everything set up! Honestly if it wasn’t for her i probably wouldn’t have stayed here, but she makes it to where it really does feel like a community!

  Kiwi Goji Review Have been dealing with non-functioning a/c unit(s) for 5 weeks going on 6 now even though I have submitted numerous work tickets that began on October 8th and each one gets closed as resolved even though the air clearly still isn’t working. We were provided with a mobile unit maybe 3-4 weeks ago but once they deemed the problem “fixed” the unit was taken back and has not been provided since. Needless to say it wasn’t more than a day after they “fixed” it that time that warm air began to start blowing again. To keep the apartment cool we have been having to open the windows and with these nights getting cooler and dryer that’s becoming unrealistic. Case-in-point: I woke up this morning with a severely sore throat due to having the bedroom window open to get air circulating in the apartment. Now I’m having to add a doctors visit/bill to things I need to worry about today. Not only that but the leaves are falling and I now have an apartment full of leaves and bugs. When maintenance issues start to affect my personal health is where I draw the line. It should be unacceptable to continue to pay full rent without a fully functioning apartment.
