It is located in a great area by the UofM with tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also, in the heart of the city of Memphis, make it a quick drive to get wherever you need to go.

Has been broken for at least 3 days no sense of urgency and when you live on 4th it makes you rethink renewing lease. My elderly family wanted to visit me many occasions and every opportunity the elevator is broken. Makes entirely no sense in why you cannot either put in a new elevator or have consistent checks. They took away the best security that was 24 hours so now you may or may not see security. Overall love my apartment but it’s not worth almost $2k with broken things you need.
