I pay nearly $2,000 a month for what is advertised as a luxury apartment, but my adult child is living in what feels like a roach and gecko motel. The photos and descriptions used to attract new tenants are completely misleading. The gate is still broken, the hallways in building 3 are disgusting, and there are roaches in the common areas, so guests have to be forewarned. It’s unsafe when people have to prop the door open because they’ve lost a key fob and refuse to pay the $100 replacement fee. The property is poorly maintained, management clearly doesn’t care, and the same issues persist with no solutions in sight. Terrible experience….and this review likely won’t get a response or any real solution. Not even mentioning the packages being stolen from the mailroom, or the fire alarm blaring every few weeks, scaring residents out of their sleep with no explanation. Fix this, I’ll post weekly until fixed.

I reported it to the manager, who said she’d follow up, but she never got back to me and hasn’t responded since. The lack of communication is really frustrating. On top of that, the cleanliness of the building is unacceptable. The back stairwell in Building 3 is disgusting, socks, dirt, trash on the floors, and marks all over the walls. The hallways reek and are clearly not maintained regularly. It’s embarrassing to walk guests through here. For the amount of rent they charge, you’d expect much higher standards of cleanliness, safety, and management. Instead, it feels like they’re charging luxury prices while delivering the bare minimum. I’m extremely disappointed with the shift in management. I wouldn’t recommend moving here unless major improvements are made.

From the moment we walked in, Antonio made us feel welcomed and valued. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect apartment. He took the time to walk us through all of our options, answered every question we had (and we had a lot!), and made sure we felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. His professionalism, combined with a warm and friendly personality, really stood out and made a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. He truly goes above and beyond!
