  The sunsets are so pretty and the staff are great! Spacious rooms with super big closets.

  First of all let me say when I first moved here it was nice , I was very impressed with them. Now that I have been here it just going down. You have marijuana smoke smell everyday and every night. I don’t smoke and I have asthma I can’t even sleep with this smell that continues all through the night, keeping me up the smell is all through out my apartment, you have individual that get on the elevator with a whole motorcycle, individual walk through at 3 am in the morning before day break talking extremely loud yelling and playing in the hallway. I have been here almost a year and none of the tenants we don’t have our mailbox keys so your mail is put in your door and you have individuals that walk by doors standing there reading your mail which I think is wrong. And when you ask about a key it’s “ oh the post master is backed up “. And apparently the office staff or property manager is not doing anything about it because it continue to happen. It’s a shame that you pay extremely too much money to stay here and have these things happening. And I don’t smoke and I don’t want to have to go to work smelling like marijuana. It doesn’t make sense at all and it’s a shame that the good ones have to suffer because of incompetence of management. That don’t care because she don’t live here so she don’t have to go through with the things that go on here. If you email her or try to call her you never get a response , you are told that she is always busy or you just SOL. And oh yea parking is ridiculous $150.00 a month to park in the garage or you have to park on the street and take a chance of getting a ticket.

  Hi, i like staying at the harborside luxury apartments. I love how they try to include events with the residents. The staff is sweet and friendly. It’s very much a luxury feel living here. Only thing i hate is not having enough parking that’s the only down fall. It’s pretty safe and quiet for it to be “Downtown Memphis”.

  Me and a friend had a tour on Thursday and all I can say is WOW! Ciara was a great tour guide, she showed us several units each unit blew us away! We wanted to sign a lease the same day lol! Hoping units will be available when im ready, if not I totally would understand these will stay full! The pool is absolutely gorgeous along with the bike racks, gym and large parking areas.
