- DDDominiqueDec 22, 20251.0This was my dream apartment!! I had a tour scheduled for 4:40 PM, a time slot I was given directly through their system. The website did not mention a 4:30 cutoff for tours, and no one communicated that limitation until I showed up. When I arrived, I was told tours had already ended and was met with an unwelcoming attitude instead of understanding or help. I was extremely disappointed and left feeling dismissed and embarrassed. This was a huge waste of time, and if I can’t trust basic communication for a tour, I can’t trust the management of the property.

She has worked with me and has been super supportive in helping me find the perfect layout/spot for my fresh start ! Overall the team has been great to work with so far . Shout out to the Maintenance team as well they are very quick and efficient with getting maintenance concerns met.
