- EHErykah HerringFeb 19, 20262.0I’ve lived here for about 5 months. Breonna is great and does her job efficiently and effectively. Cons The complex however…whew chile - I waited 4 weeks for my faucet to get fixed. - There is never any parking!! I got a ticket from the Sheriff department for creating a (legal) spot near my unit because I felt it appalling to have to park 3 buildings down at this price point. - There is dog poop everywhere! It’s quite literally disgusting. -Floors and walls are super thin. My upstairs neighbor has dogs, heavy foot steps, banging, snoring and more going on..I hear everything! -The gates are always open so anything can happen at anytime. There are not enough cameras -occasional roaches lol Pros - engaging events -food trucks -police presence (I guess it’s a pro because I am a good citizen) -beautiful club house I love my unit and wish I could pick it up and move it somewhere else with less problems. Truthfully every apartment has its pros and cons. I will update my review after summer!

- MMMia MarshallFeb 2, 20261.0This place started off great but has gone down hill in my short time here. I have only been here for a year and a half, but I have had to call maintenance over 10 times. The issue still has never been resolved. The walls are extremely thin. We do not have valet trash but there is constantly trash placed outside of doors in the breezeways and management does nothing about it. There is dog feces EVERYWHERE, again management does nothing about it. The police are ALWAYS here. The gates never work. The gym is dirty. Management is slow to respond, when they do choose to respond. I do NOT recommend this place and I cannot wait to move out. Terrible, terrible management.
