- SSShaeSep 30, 20254.0We love our new home, and overall, the experience has been positive. That said, I do want to share a few concerns. My leasing agent, Bailey, was very unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the process. Everything felt last-minute, and it left us feeling like we weren’t a priority. Honestly, we were close to taking our money elsewhere—until Breonna stepped in and completely changed the experience. Breonna was professional, attentive, and always available to help. While we were struggling just to get a welcome letter (which didn’t come until a day or two before move-in, even though we were approved a week prior), Breonna was the only one who made sure we had answers and support. In fact, my boyfriend and I spoke to her far more than our assigned leasing agent. On move-in day, Bailey was nowhere to be found—our lease wasn’t ready, and nothing was prepared. Breonna was the only one there, and despite her having tours to do, she still made time for us so that our move-in day could run smoothly. If you ask me, Breonna handled everything. She went above and beyond, and without her, we wouldn’t have signed that lease AT ALL. As for the property itself: the complex is beautiful inside and out. But as the saying goes, customer service can make or break a business.. A couple of small suggestions: regular pest control around the exterior would go a long way (I know we’re near trees, but still), encouraging residents to clean up after their pets, and a good power-wash around the doors and stairwells would really enhance things. So far, my neighbors are great, the location is convenient, and everything else has been smooth. It’s only been a few days, so I hope it’s not too early to say—but we’re excited about making this place home.
