The website did not mention a 4:30 cutoff for tours, and no one communicated that limitation until I showed up. When I arrived, I was told tours had already ended and was met with an unwelcoming attitude instead of understanding or help. I was extremely disappointed and left feeling dismissed and embarrassed. This was a huge waste of time, and if I can’t trust basic communication for a tour, I can’t trust the management of the property.
