  I love living here at the Art Lofts! Anytime I have contacted maintenance they are speedy to fix the problem. The location is great, being close to everything in Midtown is so convenient. The staff is great and my neighbors are amazing!

  Absolutely terrible place to live. Would like to start this review off by saying that all of the recent 5 star reviews are friends and family of the manager that don’t actually live here. I will say that the views and location of the art lofts are nice. However, the management (Beth) is the worst management that I have ever dealt with. Since January, there have been over 30 cars (I’ve kept a log) broken into and Beth refuses to do anything about it. She acts like it isn’t a thing and is extremely rude when any concerns are brought to her. She’s rude to the point that the only other person working in the lobby with her recently quit. The walls are extremely thin and conversations that are held at a normal conversational level by your neighbors can be easily heard. The trash is supposed be to picked up outside your door several times a week. However, you’re lucky to have your trash picked up once a week.It is to the point that several other residents have hired lawyers in order to get out of their leases because trying to talk to Beth in a reasonable and adult like manner is impossible and that’s the only option they’ve been left with. For anybody looking to move to the Art Lofts, I would strongly reconsider.

  Amazing place to live. The manager here is the best I've ever seen. Wouldn't want to live anyplace else. They are always smiling and helpful
