I’ve had several friends and family stay/visit this location, and have heard nothing but problems. Both the staff and management, as well as the property itself, is unkempt and lazily run. Any complaints or concerns that have been made about tenants and parking (especially parking) have been shunned off. I would not recommend living, let alone visiting this location unless you want to be hustled by both the tenants and staff running this “establishment”.

Management is the biggest joke. we had visitors and they were parked in 3 spots near the office that no-one ever parks in (which, yes we know, they should not have taken up that many spots, but atleast it was parking spots and not just blocking dumpsters or fire lanes, or driveways. It was in designated parking area!!) . It was a van with an enclosed trailer attached, so they parked sideays. They arrived and parked at 2am on 3/30/26. Management left a note on the van stating that it would be towed on 4/1/26. We saw the note this morning (7 hrs after the vehicle had been parked).
My husband spoke with 2 maintenance guys in the parking lot at 9:30AM saying that the guests were leaving within the next few hours and that next time, they will park somewhere else. Maintenance said it was okay as long as it was gone today (3/30/26) & since the tow date said 4/1/26, we thought it'd be okay. I was outside my door and watched this encounter. About an hour later my husband got a call from property manager saying that the vehicle had been towed!!!
Vehicle was 25 mins away and $600 to retrieve. My husband went to the apt. office and spoke with the managers and maintenance crew, upset because they said it was okay for the day, and the tow notice was until April 1st (TWO DAYS AWAY). The van was literally going to get moved within the next few hours. The office and maintenance guys then LIED when meeting with my husband saying that they did not tell him it was okay, and that they “yelled at him” as he drove away this morning after the first encounter, saying that it was “no parking zone”.??
Its not about the fact that it was towed and $600 to retrieve. We are upset about the (lack of) COMMUNICATION and lies being told by the employees here. If the maintenance men wouldve told my husband originally this morning that it needed to be move right away, we would’ve listened and had our guests move it, simple as that? But they said it was OKAY, then towed it anyway within an hour or two. Attached is pic of tow notice.

Visited a friend with a van and trailer at this complex while on tour. Got verbal permission from the leasing office that we were allowed to use 2 spots, and it was towed anyway before the next morning. Based on what I've heard from my friend who lives here, it's not good. He's had his car keyed by neighbors, with no help getting compensation or evidence, even though there are definitely cameras around. The property is not clean or taken care of either. While this place may seem like a good deal, it's for a reason. The leasing office and staff are not your friends here.

Poor management and unhelpful staff. The leasing office is very rude and refuses to do their job correctly. The complex is also filthy and unmanaged. DO NOT MOVE HERE
