  Rats,roaches, plumbing issues, problems with other residents visitors, overall the apartment is not remodeled as advertised old cabinets small bathroom and kitchen.

  I've lived here at Madison Flats for 3 months now and I love it. No place is perfect. Any issues that I've had have been resolved in a timely manner! It's clean quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Just what I was looking for. Management is down to earth yet professional!

  Terrible place to live where do I start. These apartments have a bad energy around it I noticed when I lived here my mood wasn’t the best, neighbors are always getting into literally every apartment to the point the police is there almost daily.The neighbors are always in ur business, always tryna sell you something every time you walk out your house. If you say anything to management they will try their best to petty with a fine, etc. easy flipped apartment just paint over everything even dirt. Apartment reeked of cigarettes on move in day. Be careful with shipping the apartment address is 135 Brinkhaven and sometimes packages accidentally go to APT 135. I had a $1000 package go to the wrong apt when I left a friendly note about the package the woman called the police on me and said I threatened her with a gun end that she was going to get me evicted for ASKING ABOUT MY PACKAGE. Everybody here is crazy from the management, maintenance to the neighbors. STAY AWAY ITS RENOVATED PROJECTS.

  I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! First things first the apartment wasn’t ready for move in! They gave us one apartment and when we came to sign our lease the apartment we were assigned wasn’t ready to move in, needed to be repaired wasn’t done painting and working on it! We ended up getting assigned another apartment hours later and got our items moved in! The maintenance people did help us move our couches in. Shout out to them! Let’s start here, we haven’t been staying in our apartment for 3 months yet. We have been seeing lots of roaches, the drains get clogged every week, it’s the summer time rn, our AC went out they don’t want to fix it, horrible smell coming from all ends of apartments.. the two ladies at the leasing office are the rudest I’ve ever met! Please don’t move over here! You will be disappointed. When we have tried to Call and tell them about the problems we are having they hang up in our faces, and not seem to care about the uncomfortable stay we are having! DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! Very unprofessional and bad management!
