  Miles Edens went above and beyond for us! As first time home-buyers we had new questions for him on the daily and he was always happy to answer them and help us learn the entire home-buying process. He was patient, friendly, and very understanding of our specific wants and needs. He is an expert on many fronts: the full process, the area, the market, what to look for during a tour / after an inspection, and how best to handle every step of the way. He took a lot of the stress out of home-buying and helped make our experience as enjoyable as possible! I will gladly recommend Miles to any of my friends/family looking to buy or sell a home.

  Working with Miranda was a great experience. She made everything easy from start to finish and ensured every detail was handled. It definitely made getting to the closing date stress free. She was organized, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the process. She also did a great job understanding what I was looking for and helping me find the right fit. We looked at a few properties and she was able to schedule viewings quite quickly. Highly recommend Miranda if you want a smooth, hassle free home buying experience.

  Recently my wife and I bought a beautiful home in Sevier County Tennessee working with the Young Marketing Group and specifically our agent Ryan Evans. We had looked at homes on their web sight and to our great fortune Ryan reached out to us. He made us feel like we were his only clients as he was always available to us. Throughout the process Ryan metulously documented everything that was discussed between us and the seller in the form of admendments. As we got close to the closing those notes resolved numerous disputes and lead to a seamless closing. We were blessed with our 5 Star relationship with Ryan.

From the very first day until the day we closed, he was always there, offering valuable suggestions, addressing any issues that arose, and attentively listening to our needs and preferences. When you step into a home with Ryan, you’re greeted by his keen eye for detail. He’s like an extra set of eyes, pointing out any potential problems and showcasing the craftsmanship and care that has been invested in the home. After we made our decision to purchase a new construction home, Ryan went above and beyond by sending us weekly or bi-weekly pictures and videos of the progress. This was incredibly helpful, especially since we were living out of state. We truly appreciated his dedication and attention to detail.
