We appreciate the the proximity to schools and shops and rent is very affordable. Maintenance is very quick to respond to issues and the property managers are very efficient if we have a problem (which is very rare).

This has place has been going downhill for a couple years now, especially since the new manager has taken over. Don't believe me then ask a few tenants! Parker Shiflett and Co have raised rates over 50% in the last 2 years under the guise of "market rates" all the while letting the place deteriorate. I received a $150 increase renewal notice 2 days prior to my renewal. Again, I WARN you to don't fall for the price. You will regret it.
