3.7 stars??? Wild, I've only lived in Tennessee for about 2 weeks and I already want to leave the entire state because of the poor living conditions from this one complex. PEST galore!!! Feel like I'm literally living in one of those Ant farms and I'm not talking about the Disney channel show. LOUD LOUD as well. The area may look nice but don't be fooled as EVERY NIGHT there is kids hanging around playing trap music (i like country). The landlord is a creep as well. To all my girly pops, watch out. DO NOT live here if you want to be respected as well. When I mentioned I had a peanut allergy the landlord SCOFFED over something I take SEVERELY seriously. Overall, for $2,000 a month, I'd rather just live in an Arby's.

DISGUSTING!!! ROCHES, BUGS, & RUN DOWN APARTMENTS! This place is filthy, hasn’t been updated in years… when my husband and I first initially signed the lease, they gave us an apartment number. We had the movers come to the apartment with the associated number, and as soon as my husband and I walked in the stench of marijuana and the brown walls told us everything we needed to know. We should’ve left then, but we already signed the lease. They gave us an another apartment that was still in terrible condition. The person that lived in it before we did left the drawers in the kitchen disgusting with food crumbs everywhere, the floor was sticky, and the floor in the living room was caving in. And if you have a pet….DON’T. The “move out inspectors” will claim damage in your apartment that was caused by a pet that was not from you and WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT! You pay a $400 UP FRONT deposit (but the office will claim it’s a pet fee) and then pay $25 a month additionally… when we asked “what’s the fee for” one person said it’s to cover damages and then another says it just for you to keep a pet in your apartment… SO WHICH ONE IS IT? We had to pay $550 in damages that our dog DID NOT DO! They claimed that my dog peed in a perfect circle… I can’t even make this up… please please DO NOT LIVE HERE! The gym, pool, and Jacuzzi that they put on their front page and advertise the most is broken, run down, and always needs a fix. The tub in our one bedroom apartment completely cracked down the middle and was unusable. Maintenance came and made a patch fix not only did the patch break as well, but they refused to replace the tub. Paying almost $1800 a month for a one bedroom bug infested, hole in the wall, one bed room apartment is insane. Not to mention, the prices are ridiculous. You can go down the street to a nicer area and pay way less. And if you want customer service, the people in the office are incredibly rude and never answer their phones. It’s apparent that they hate their jobs and you can imagine how much I hated living there. Please save your time and money. Please stay far away from this place. If I had the option to give negative stars, I would… also they pay residents or offer money off rent just to boost their reviews… don’t believe the 4/5 star reviews.

Avoid this place at all costs.
This was easily one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The entire complex feels like it hasn’t been properly updated in decades. Everything is old, worn down, and poorly maintained, yet they charge prices like it’s some kind of luxury property.
The pest issue alone should be enough to stay away. We dealt with roaches regularly, and nothing ever actually got fixed. It felt like they just put a band aid on the problem and moved on. On top of that, the HVAC system barely worked, so you’re either uncomfortable or constantly adjusting it hoping it does something.
The office staff made everything worse. They were rude, dismissive, and just generally unhelpful. Any time we reached out, it felt like we were annoying them for asking basic questions or requesting help with things that should have been taken care of.
Then there are the fees. We paid a $400 pet fee upfront and another $20 a month, which apparently doesn’t cover anything. When we moved out, they claimed our pet damaged the carpet, which is completely untrue, and still charged us another $500. So what exactly were we paying the original fee and monthly charge for?
Paying around $2,000 a month for a one bedroom in this condition is ridiculous. There is nothing about this place that justifies that price. Between the condition of the units, the pest problems, the lack of maintenance, and how management treats tenants, it is just not worth it.
There are way better options out there. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
I dont have any major complaints overall. The buildings are old constructions and some of the stuff shows. The appliances are nice, but some of the counters and plumbing features are old and outdated. The waterheater is 28 gallons which is really small. There arent any lights in some of the rooms so you have to have lamps. Also no in unit washer and dryer. Its priced as high as some of the modern places in the area. Thats really it though. The property is managed well and the maintenance is great and professional. Theres a really nice pool.
