  Recently my wife and I bought a beautiful home in Sevier County Tennessee working with the Young Marketing Group and specifically our agent Ryan Evans. We had looked at homes on their web sight and to our great fortune Ryan reached out to us. He made us feel like we were his only clients as he was always available to us. Throughout the process Ryan metulously documented everything that was discussed between us and the seller in the form of admendments. As we got close to the closing those notes resolved numerous disputes and lead to a seamless closing. We were blessed with our 5 Star relationship with Ryan.

From the very first day until the day we closed, he was always there, offering valuable suggestions, addressing any issues that arose, and attentively listening to our needs and preferences. When you step into a home with Ryan, you’re greeted by his keen eye for detail. He’s like an extra set of eyes, pointing out any potential problems and showcasing the craftsmanship and care that has been invested in the home. After we made our decision to purchase a new construction home, Ryan went above and beyond by sending us weekly or bi-weekly pictures and videos of the progress. This was incredibly helpful, especially since we were living out of state. We truly appreciated his dedication and attention to detail. In short, Ryan is the best realtor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We highly recommend his services to anyone considering buying or selling a house in the Knoxville region.
