- JSJeff SnyderDec 22, 20231.0Where to start! Take my advice and pay a little more for a quality apartment. This has place has been going downhill for a couple years now, especially since the new manager has taken over. Don't believe me then ask a few tenants! Parker Shiflett and Co have raised rates over 50% in the last 2 years under the guise of "market rates" all the while letting the place deteriorate. I received a $150 increase renewal notice 2 days prior to my renewal. Again, I WARN you to don't fall for the price. You will regret it.
