  It's a nice place to live. If something isn't working management are prompt to respond (the maintenance people are professional and friendly). For an apartment, it's one of the nicer places I've rented. The only real issue the location is far, but maybe that's a feature for you. The cost could be cheaper. Oh and the gates are funky and break every now and then. Parking can be a pain, but that's how it is at any Apartment Complexes that don't assign Spots. But other than that, highly recommend.

  I was happy when a unit became available. I really needed a 2-bedroom and everything went well. Some of the paperwork/background is excessive going back 5 years. Many of their complex policies are ridiculous. The price does DOES NOT equal the quality. They are nice for a while. They have high turnover and no parking. The walls are so thin, you can hear people and televisions in the units on either side of u. The POWER IS CONSTANTLY GOING OUT DURING BAD WEATHER.
