  I recently relocated from a property where I had lived for 9 years because the complex was destroyed by a tornado. Because the entire property was ultimately condemned, there were suddenly 400 people all scrambling to find another place to live in West Knoxville. The aftermath of the tornado was a completely miserable experience as it occurred in the hottest part of the summer, and the residents were given a very short window to pack and move our belongings out. The responsiveness of the staff at the Enclave was such a welcome experience after that ordeal. They helped me secure a unit that was coming empty within a couple of months, and even waived the registration fees for those folks affected by the tornado. My new place is cozy and I have great neighbors; and a perfect view of the sunset each night. I loved the complex where I was living before- it was also very well-maintained and had great staff, but the transition to The Enclave has been seamless, and I have been very satisfied with both the staff and the property thus far.

  Great location, nicely laid out, nice office staff, but the noise level is intolerable. These apartments are obviously cheaply built. Footsteps from neighbors above sound like stomping, vibrates the ceiling, walls, and even rattles things on my nightstand. The neighbors decide when you can sleep. If they're up, you're up. I wish I had done more research before moving here. I expected some noise, because it's apartment living, but this is way worse than any apartment I've ever lived in. Wish I could give it a better rating. I really wanted to like living here.

  Great apartment complex, lived here for a little over a year. I thought the management staff is amazing. Lisa the manager is very kind and helpful with everything! The maintenance crew was always helpful and when in my apartment always wanted to see my dogs and acted like family! If I ever went back to living in an apartment it would be here.

  I just wanted to thank the staff at the Enclave for wonderful living experience. Love the apartments and the grounds that is maliciously manicured and the lush landscaping. Thank again!!!
