  They have an amazing office team and a maintenance crew that works hard and quickly to resolve issues. Beautiful, quiet place to live.

  This is my home. It is by far the best complex we've lived in. We are long time residents (4 years) and are hoping to spend many more years here. The neighbors are fantastic Maintenance is prompt and professional. The new management team is receptive, professional, and very very nice. Leslie is so easy to work with. The community is quiet, it is beautiful, and I cannot say enough about how nice it is. I highly recommend it.

  I lived here for far too long simply because of the price (very inexpensive compared to other nearby properties). You absolutely get what you pay for, though. Very dated and difficult to get anything done under the newer management.

  My husband and I lived here for just over 6 years. We loved this apartment complex until the last year or two. Communication between the office and tenants had gotten to be truly awful. The process of moving out was an absolute nightmare. They use a third party app (RentPayment) to pay rent and the accounts are managed by the property manager. When we moved out, the person that took over our lease was told that they couldn’t make an account until the 1st of the following month. The 1st comes around, and he’s not able to make an account. My husband logged onto our account and it’s still showing that we owed them rent. Our old roommate called the office three times and emailed, but they didn’t get back to him. We also emailed twice, never heard anything back. I eventually contacted the parent company, CJ Lombardo. The office manager called me back after that and insisted that it was our problem and that we had to deactivate our account. Again, you can check RentPayment’s FAQ, it states that accounts are managed by the property manager. She also got an attitude with me because I contacted the home office, despite the fact that I only did that because she wouldn’t respond to us or the person that now had our lease. It’s ridiculous that we had already moved out and were still having to deal with them. We also had issues with maintenance. While the maintenance was always very prompt to repair things, it was just them slapping lipstick on a pig. We complained multiple times a year that our AC didn’t work well and they would just say that it was “only meant to cool 10 degrees” so we had to deal with it being 80 degrees on a daily basis in the summer. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that it’s a good value. The rent rates are low compared to other places around town, it’s a good location, and overall felt pretty safe.
