  I was connected with Brooke Miracle and she advocated that her team values high quality relationships with other professionals in the industry. I knew her and I would work great together because of this value! As a home inspector, I work with a lot of REALTORS®, and I can confidently say The Jeff LaRue Team is truly exceptional. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and always have their clients’ best interests at heart. From scheduling to follow-up, their communication is clear and timely, which makes the entire process seamless for everyone involved. What I appreciate most is how well they prepare their clients for the inspection process. The clients arrive informed, engaged, and ready to learn about their home.   On a random weekday in December I got a cold call from Brooke Miracle. She told me about a house she was selling in my neighborhood, and asked if I was interested in buying or selling. I shared with Brooke that I loved my house and neighborhood, but did need to get my boys and myself into a house with a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom, however, I was worried that as a single mom it was out of the question. She heard me! She got me in touch with a great lender and together they have helped me get momentum on making our dream become a reality! She listens to my concerns, needs, and she has not made me feel pressured to pursue anything I'm not comfortable with. I am forever grateful for that cold call, and I look forward to when we find the house that fits our family, because now I know it CAN happen! I have to also mention Annette. She has helped me navigate negotiations with an inspection, and just like Brooke, she listened to my concerns, she didn't push me, and she respected my decisions. This team is amazing. I am so grateful for them!
