This apartment complex shows complete disregard for resident health and safety. Management rarely returns emails, never answers the phone, and fails to respond appropriately to serious concerns. Ongoing cockroach infestations are not properly treated or eliminated, leaving residents to live in unsanitary conditions.
For anyone with autoimmune conditions, this environment is especially unsafe. Continued exposure to pests, allergens, and poorly maintained living spaces can trigger flare-ups and worsen existing health issues. These concerns have been raised and still not taken seriously. Maintenance requests are often half-done or ignored entirely, adding to the risk and frustration. No one—especially those with health conditions—should have to fight this hard for basic, healthy living conditions. I strongly do not recommend living here.

First time living in an apartment. I cant complain about anything. I needed service done, the guys were quick to fix. Any questions I
had, the office ladies were able to help me. Life here is quiet and peaceful and thats what I needed.
Thank you everyone who works here.

If anyone is or has been in the process of living or staying a Goldelm at Metropolitan THE PLACE IS A ROACH FILLED!! I killed over 50 roaches a day most were babies but still absolutely disgusting and definitely not worth a dime!! Cracks and crevices everywhere! Roaches in and out of sinks and cracks!! The place and environment and community is absolutely disgusting and very uncalled for and price is very very over dramatic! I had multiple tenants message me privately after posting on their apartment portal asking if anyone else had roaches and every single complex is filled unless you have a cat to kill them you are screwed so i guess i was bc i am allergic to cats.. other photos including either roach eggs or roach droppings.. i am no longer living there thank God! And would not recommend to anyone.. EVER! Pest control came twice issue was never resolved just made them worse was told it was not infested and they were “palmetto bug” but idk if pest control is stupid or what but cockroaches come out preferably at night but most of the time my lights were on and they would still appear anywhere and everywhere i stepped or looked!! Please share with anyone planning on staying at this disgusting place it is so so bad! Thank God they did not follow me to the new place i am staying now! They crawl in your ears in your eyes when you are sleeping! They are nuisance!!

Think twice before moving here. After 7 months of dealing with multiple issues with the neighbors and other ongoing problems, management has done nothing to resolve them. If you’re going to pay more than $1,300 a month, it’s better to look for a better place. This property is not recommended at all—save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars, I would. If you enjoy dog feces all over and cockroaches, this place is for you.
I have been picking up other tenants dog feces in the dog park and leaving the bags where the feces are found. Jessica in management is threatening to evict me because I leave the dog feces bags where they lie and apparently it’s become an issue for the complex and other tenants. However, the amount of feces that is not picked up isn’t an issue? Needless to say, I will not be attempting to keep the shared space clean anymore.
