- NNnabenomDec 2, 20251.0Rude and condescending. Doing the opposite of what they're job is. By acting like slum lords rather than hired professionals, they chase homeowners out. When you run a member of our community off, they sell below market value just to get away. That brings all of our home values down. What i expected: professional, objective, helpful communication from an outsider to members of a community of homeowners. What I got: rude, condescending one way demands from someone lacking respect for those purchasing here. I'm certainly considering selling and I can afford to sell cheap.

They didn't follow through on a lot of what they said they were going to do, both while undercontract and after our Board notified them we would not be renewing. There was an issue with the pool company they hired damaging a homeowner's property, and the homeowner was offered no support and told to deal with the pool company directly. When our HOA decided to not renew the contract, they failed to honor their stated decoupling period, and it appears they may have sold member information and otherwise retaliated.
