They didn't follow through on a lot of what they said they were going to do, both while undercontract and after our Board notified them we would not be renewing. There was an issue with the pool company they hired damaging a homeowner's property, and the homeowner was offered no support and told to deal with the pool company directly. When our HOA decided to not renew the contract, they failed to honor their stated decoupling period, and it appears they may have sold member information and otherwise retaliated.

I reported it to Associa and have been working with Rob Scruggs to resolve this issue. Rob was responsive, understanding and professional in this matter which resulted in getting our yards and common areas mowed as soon as possible. Everything looks great! I appreciate his help very much and I am very happy with the outcome. Rob made certain that I have all of his contact information should I ever need his assistance in the future; and has followed up with me to make certain that I have no other concerns. Thank you Rob!
