  I have lived at Amberleigh Bluff for over a year in two different apartments. The best features are the front office and management staff (very friendly, efficient and attentive to resident's needs), the safety and security (it's a gated community), the responsive maintenance team (most maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours) and the clean and well maintained common areas. If I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be enhancing the sound insulation of the walls and flooring - this would help reduce noise from neighboring apartments (and also from the outside). But overall, it's generally been a positive and pleasant experience living here.

  So far this community is great! The application and approval process was smooth and I love my apartment so far. Quiet, safe and centrally located.

  Our experience at Amberleigh Bluff has been excellent from the very beginning. The move-in process was smooth, and the team was welcoming, professional, and very understanding, especially since we were relocating from out of state. That flexibility and attention made a big difference during the transition. The community itself is truly outstanding. The surroundings are beautiful, quiet, and extremely peaceful, which creates a great balance between comfort and productivity. It’s a well-organized property, very well maintained, and clearly managed with care. Even during the winter season, everything has been well prepared, and day-to-day living has been easy and stress-free. Communication with the team has been clear and responsive whenever needed, and overall the experience has exceeded our expectations. We’re very happy here and would absolutely recommend Amberleigh Bluff to anyone looking for a calm, well-managed, and welcoming place to live. — Oscar

  Great place to live just moved in and they where amazing from start to finish and I saw some reviews that are 1 star but they are not true this team cares and I can’t wait to go to the resident events they sound amazing

  cannot say enough great things about Amberleigh. From the moment you drive onto the property, you can immediately tell how well cared for and thoughtfully maintained this community is. The grounds are always clean, the landscaping is beautiful, and everything feels welcoming and peaceful. It truly feels like a place where people are proud to live. One of the biggest improvements I’ve noticed recently is under the leadership of the new property manager, Nick. The entire community feels more organized, cleaner, and better run than ever before. You can really see the difference in how smoothly things operate now. Nick is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents and the overall quality of the property. His attention to detail and dedication to improvement show in every corner of the community. What truly sets Amberleigh apart, though, is how incredibly veteran-friendly it is. As a veteran, I feel genuinely respected, appreciated, and supported here. This isn’t just something they say for marketing purposes — it’s something you can feel in the way the staff treats you. The office team is kind, patient, and understanding, and they go out of their way to help whenever you have a question or concern. They treat residents like people, not just apartment numbers, and that means a lot. Their level of care and compassion is something you don’t find everywhere. The amenities here are outstanding. The pool is absolutely beautiful and well maintained — it’s the perfect place to relax, cool off, and unwind during the warmer months. It never feels overcrowded, and it’s always clean and inviting. The two dog parks are another huge plus. They are spacious, well kept, and a great place for pets to run, play, and socialize. It’s clear this is a truly pet-friendly community that values both residents and their furry family members. Amberleigh is also impressively quiet at night. Even though it’s close to everything you could need, it still feels peaceful and calm once the sun goes down. You can actually relax, sleep well, and enjoy a sense of comfort and security here — something that’s incredibly important in a place you call home. The location couldn’t be better. You’re close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and major roadways, which makes getting around extremely convenient. Everything you need is just minutes away, yet the community itself feels tucked away from the noise and chaos of the city. Overall, Amberleigh is an amazing place to live. Between the beautiful property, excellent amenities, quiet atmosphere, outstanding location, and — most importantly — the incredibly kind, caring, and veteran-friendly staff, this community truly stands out. Nick and the entire office team deserve a lot of credit for creating such a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, friendly, and genuinely caring community — especially if you’re a veteran — I highly recommend Amberleigh. It’s more than just an apartment complex; it’s a place that truly feels like home.
