    This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The neighborhood was noisy and dirty. Our unit was rundown and had constant pests. The new management team was horrible. They were difficult to contact, avoided responding to calls or emails and were condescending. Additionally, they kept our entire security deposit, plus charged us extra for routine move out procedures. Every interaction with the team and our overall experience with neighborhood and our unit was a nightmare. I would never recommend this apartment.

    George and team at the office are awesome! They are always willing to offer help and have great attitudes. The complex itself is well-maintained, and has lots of great amenities to offer! Don’t have a negative thing to say about this place, would highly recommend!

    Been here for 2 going on 3 years and it’s been exceptional. Located in a good safe place, I’ve never felt scared to leave or come home at night. The neighborhood is nice and landscaped well, the apartment when we first moved in was in solid condition. Maintenance responds quickly to issues and works around your schedule. Moving into a larger place from a smaller one on a great deal for the market and the staff did the best they could to make the transition easier and clear. They keep us in the loop well with emails. Very friendly walking neighborhood with fun animal and kid activity to make it feel alive.

    Hear me when I say this..STEADFAST MANAGEMENT, THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY MANAGING ADDISON AT SUTHERLAND IS CORRUPT. LACK OF COMMUNICATION BY MANAGEMENT = Us owing $3700. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They practice business in a preying way. 100% BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. No honesty or accountability. Let me break it down for you: Steadfast Management takes over this apartment complex from another management company 10 months into our lease. Before they take over the complex, we submitted 4 messages through the apartment portal to upgrade units and stay in the community. After 0 response and 3 weeks with a window unit for AC, we decided against staying inside the community. Lexus, an office manager that worked in office for BOTH management companies, reaches out over the phone 20 days before our lease ends and states unless we previously provided proof of move out notice, we owe a large reletting fee. After providing Lexus proof of the multiple portal messages to upgrade units with 0 response from management, they respond “Those were sent to the old management company. They are not sufficient and you still owe over $3.7k” Keep in mind Lexus worked for both companies and was in office our entire lease. She was the head of our account the entire time. Why would it matter if management companies changed and why should we be punished for doing what we were suppose to do? The individuals apart of Steadfast Management practices business in a preying way. We acted in good faith on all ends, never missed a rent payment, and we took good care of our unit. But because of no response from management, we are being billed a large amount we do not owe. Just like everyone else, we are working hard and saving money. This puts us in a terrible position now, and they have NO REMORSE - in other words “JUST HAND OVER THE MONEY” PLEASE SPREAD AWARENESS.
