Seriously reconsider living here.
When we moved in, the AC was broken requiring a new unit. We were considerate, but after two weeks, it was finally installed (in the middle of summer mind you). Then, come to find out when they installed the AC, they DID NOT INSTALL HEAT. It was just left for us to figure out during our first cold spell when the apartment dipped to the low 50s. Then after that, one of the couplings cracked on the piping, unloading water all into the floor. When the maintenance person arrived, all he did was turn the cracked coupling upside down so it was facing the top, and left. It is still cracked to this day.
The front entry door will hardly open because of the crap maintenance job done to it during the remodel. When we moved in, the door would not stay shut because it wasn't properly hung. When the maintenance person came up and saw it, he took both strike plates off the door, and then never came back and fixed it. Our townhome has not had a strike plate on it at all since move-in in September when it was removed to be fixed. Only few weeks ago did a maintenance person come by and install a strike plate on the deadbolt that DID NOT FIT. Now the door has to virtually be kicked open.
Also, the "new remodel" that was done was just painting over everything. And I do mean everything. Outlets, you name it, it has a fresh coat of white paint. Doors do not shut properly, and I have had family members get stuck in rooms because the doors won't open. Drawers in the kitchen are not on tracks, so sawdust gets all over your stuff when you pull the drawers out! Isn't that great! Also, the roof leaks too.
Upon deciding we had had enough, we decided we wanted to break our lease in Feb-26. I had the property manager Cody up to see it all. He took multiple pictures and adamantly apologized for the lack of upkeep and poor standing the home was in. We asked for certain considerations upon move out that were extremely reasonable given the BS we've been put through since being here, and it was denied by Steadfast Management's regional manager. She refused to take any accountability for the issues, and did nothing to make it right. When asked if we could speak to the regional manager, the answer was no. Zero accountability from upper management, but they will happily take that rent check every month!

I've watched Addison go down hill over the past year since new management took over. Property is unkept, trash everywhere, the compactor always has piles of trash and furniture outside the compactor. Breezeways are very dirty. Sad to watch it go down hill, used to love this property!

This is the absolute worst town house/ apartment I have ever lived in, you pay almost 2k a month in rent, and when something breaks they don’t care, the outside is always filthy at the dumpster, my ceiling has been falling down in a bed room, I reported a month ago. And nothing. Insulation and dry wall is falling into the floor. All I’m told is “ there are people ahead of you” so this week I am going to the safety board down town and having this resolved. Save your time and money, do not recommend. The ceiling is way worse than the picture. They refuse to fix it.

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The neighborhood was noisy and dirty. Our unit was rundown and had constant pests. The new management team was horrible. They were difficult to contact, avoided responding to calls or emails and were condescending. Additionally, they kept our entire security deposit, plus charged us extra for routine move out procedures. Every interaction with the team and our overall experience with neighborhood and our unit was a nightmare. I would never recommend this apartment.

George and team at the office are awesome! They are always willing to offer help and have great attitudes. The complex itself is well-maintained, and has lots of great amenities to offer! Don’t have a negative thing to say about this place, would highly recommend!
