  Mr. Micah Collie of Tri-Cities Realty was such a helpful, kind and very knowledgeable real estate agent in our very first search for our very first official home. We absolutely could not have done it without him. He made the process as stress free as he absolutely could. He was very eager and willing to always rise to the occasion and cross whatever obstacles came our way in our hunt for our home even when it seemed like in this market was so very uncertain and he worked and worked and worked and searched and searched every single day till we found our perfect home. I would recommend Micah to any and everyone who is on the look for their forever perfect home!!!!

  My wife and I have known since 2005. We purchased two new cars from him during that time frame. We both consider Beau a close friend. We have prayed for him and his family during tough times and I'm sure He has prayed for us. As far as business dealings I find Beau to be a courteous, truthful and always willing to help kind of person. I know the business I had with Beau was automotive, but I'm sure He would handle things in the same way for the real estate business. If I have any real estate needs you can bet I'll look him up.

  I flew from out of state to look for a home in eastern Tennessee. Beau Hicks was my realtor and worked hard for us to find the kind of home we were looking for. He found us a beautiful home that was exactly what we had in mind and for a good price. Beau even went so far as to show me around the tri cities area so I could start to learn the area better. You're in good hands with Beau as your realtor.
