  Absolutely the best team in the Tri-Cities! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We shopped everywhere and weren’t comfortable buying anywhere else. Josh Daniels is one of the kindest, most patient, and professional sales managers I’ve ever met. He guided us through home selection, customization, and financing without ever rushing or frustrating us. Financing can be confusing, but Josh and his team made it completely stress-free. They answered every question clearly, helped me get the best price, and ensured I made the right choices. It was truly the best homebuying experience of my life. Our home was delivered perfectly, and everyone involved in setup was skilled, friendly, and professional. My home is beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier. Even after my 1-year warranty expired, the service team at Clayton Homes of Johnson City has continued to help with any questions. Mike Peeler, the service manager, has been exceptional. You can count on this team to keep you happy and comfortable in your home. Bottom line: Josh Daniels and his team are #1 in the Tri-Cities. Josh make it a good experience from first time we met him til the day we moved into our new modular home. The home is so energy efficiency and we appreciate living in our home so much.
