    Garbage property, random pricing, all of the amenities are a lie, no proper pay system, steals checks and tries to take you to court for it, won't let you break lease with all proper reasons of breaking without threating your credit, they are never at the office or answer their phones, they have roaches they won't take care of, floors are held together with wood glue and is coming through the floors, texture ceiling spray over the vents. The entire place is a scam.

    How the world are we suppose to get approved for new places if nobody is in the office when our new place tries to send a rental verification? Do not rent from these people at all! Because soon as you need anything from them once you move it’s a done deal! They take a year to send your deposit back. Don’t respond to anything just an unprofessional mess! Go to the ridge or the other apartments at least they respond.
