- JWJessica WilliamsJan 10, 20261.0I repeat don’t move here it’s nice and all they will not work with u on your rent if you got behind I mean anything can happen Covid or any thing they don’t help with making payments arrangements or nothing which I don’t think it’s fair stuff happens can’t be a month late on first month rent they will evict you they want even put a notice of your pass due balance on the door anymore no communication I really think this should be in the lease instead of wasting families time
