- 8T850 TyDec 11, 20251.0Inexperienced contractor.Lee Maness.I showed him where the property flags,lines,and markers are and he still started to do the dirt work and foundation on the wrong property.I felt bad for making him stop and re-do his work and it felt as if I was a bother for even saying anything.I told him I wanted my home aligned with the other trailers and it was no problem until it was addressed it again but,upon trailer placement the double wide was severely crooked compared to the property lines.(2.5ft) off.(Major eye sore compared to the alignment of the other double wides.)I had the septic tank uncovered along with trench marks in the ground to show where the double wide needed to be set which still would’ve met code.I was told I was wrong and he set the foundation 16ft away instead of the original 5ft.When he wanted my approval for the work he assured me it was correct and level with the road and that they will be able to adjust the trailer as needed.I had specific orders and he pretty much set the foundation where he wanted and left ASAP.I had all my ducks in a row and I was still sold short.They will justify their mistake no matter what.Ive taken it up with Corporate and BBB and im still at fault for the contractors inaccurate work.
