Since moving in, we've had a few little snags with our unit, and every single time, Marcus has been more than helpful. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met, even staying late when necessary. A perfect example: when the office accidentally deleted our maintenance request, he immediately stepped in to ensure we were taken care of. Marcus is incredibly communicative and professional; if there's ever a delay (like when he's swamped with requests), he lets us know. You can tell he genuinely cares. He's constantly rolling around the complex in his white truck, tackling tasks and even doing the grunt work like picking up trash. In my 10 years of renting, I have never dealt with a better, more knowledgeable staff member. He is a walking encyclopedia about the property, and his help has been invaluable, even when the front office couldn't answer immediately. Ventana is truly lucky to have him!

My neighbors are the worst...noisy ASS demons from hell and management has yet to address the issue. The so called upgrades are terrible...looks like a pre-k crafts project. I am really considering breaking my lease...I hate coming "home"...so RET TA GO!!
