There's a reason why their rating is so low and they have so many vacancy.
After I locked in a rate, I was informed overnight that there would be an additional $250 increase due to “renovations.” There was no prior transparency, no written notice beforehand. The updated pricing was also not reflected on the website, which was reportedly “under construction,” making the situation even more confusing.
Communication from management has been inconsistent, and policies seem to vary depending on who you speak with. You cannot trust anyone here or anything on their website.
If you value transparency and consistent communication when making housing decisions, I would strongly encourage you to carefully review everything in writing before committing.

I have enjoyed living in the Vineyard Apartments. I would also like to praise the maintenance workers, especially Eric, for listening to our repair concerns and fixing our water heater and AC unit.
I'm posting under different name, since Vineyard apt employee's reply does not show the person's real name, either. When I lived here, the leasing office ILLEGALLY intercepted my packages and put them in the package concierge metal lockers, that I did NOT have access to, I had to ask leasing office to get it for me, which means I could not get my own package outside office hours, which is 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, which happens to be the same time that I'm working, so Vineyards forcibly delayed my pkg, even though they know that my pkg are my property. I never signed up for package concierge, I clearly stated that I just want packages dropped off at my door, so the apt was ILLEGALLY intercepting and holding my packages against my will. This lasted for more than 10 months. Maintenance issues routinely take over a week to fix, sometimes does not even get fixed the first time (like my shower knob). Leasing office gives a lot of attitude and push back / snarky comments when asked about maintenance issues and updates. Old / dirty carpet, air conditioner low on freon, balcony door lock was reversed when I first moved in. Leasing office seem to have poor communication with maintenance, because leasing office claim to not know / ignorant of certain things maintenance told me in person.

CAME TO VISIT A FRIEND THE COMPLEX WAS CLEAN AND VERY FAMILY ORIENTED
