  I rented an apartment in this complex and lived in unit 14-05 for about 13–14 months. When I first moved in, all the kitchen cabinets were extremely old and damaged. The flooring was in terrible condition, and it looked like they had only done a quick paint job. The apartment itself was in very poor shape. There was animal hair everywhere. The curtains kept breaking constantly. There is a built-in closet in the kitchen, and the door for the washer and dryer was always broken—I never even used it because of that. The sliding wooden door of the bedroom closet kept breaking as well. Overall, this is a very bad apartment complex. The management is terrible, and the staff are unprofessional and don’t seem to know how to do their jobs properly. After living there for 14 months and finally moving out of such a bad place, they still charged me $1,100, which is completely unreasonable and makes no sense. Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone with common sense. It’s a very bad place—truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you want to experience it yourself, you can, but you will most likely face similar issues.

  Viera is a great! Jessica went above and beyond showing us around and answering all of my questions. The maintenance team has been quick to respond to any issues. It’s the perfect location and easily accessible to get anywhere in Franklin.

  Morgan and Jessica are absolutely amazing! They made the move in process run so smoothly and answered all of my questions and helped me through the whole process! If I could give them more than 5 stars I’d do it in a heart beat!

  We worked with Jessica to get my brother-in-law‘s apartment and she was absolutely wonderful. Very patient very knowledgeable very easy to work with. She went above and beyond to Expedite a rental apartment. I would recommend her to anyone and she is a credit to her company.

  Update 3/16/26 - Still nobody has reached out yet to solve issue despite their response below my review so reposting to keep at the top of feed. Lived in the apartments for about a month in a half with my wife (apt 102). August 2024 right before my baby girl was born and until mid September. Brought our new born home from the hospital and she quickly had problems breathing in the apartment. There was obviously mold in the vents. Had her sleep at her grandparents house and the breathing issues went away. Brought her back to the apartment and they came back. Had to bring her to emergency room at one point it got so bad. We let the apartment know we are immediately leaving and asked for no penalty based on the circumstances. Unfortunately that wasn’t enough for them and they charged us around $4k to get out of lease.
