- KLKelly LongMay 31, 20235.0I was looking for a nice, safe and affordable apartment for my daughter. I was referred to Madison Franklin due tor the management staff. I had a conflict getting to view them during the week due to my work schedule. Annie was nice enough to meet with me on the weekend to show me the apartment. It meant alot that she was willing to do that. The apartment was nice and spacious. Highly recommmend. Thank you Annie for being so flexible.

A new guy took over about a year or less ago from Abby and the place has lost its comfort. The complex compound is dirty. They do not enforce that residents follow the rules with trash and their pario areas anymore. The people below me smokes and all the smell comes into my apartment. The maintenance guy does not respect my space by wearing a shoe cover as I have asked countless times. #lookingforanewplacetocallhome
