  I’ve had a great experience living at Artessa so far. The community is well maintained and offers awesome amenities, especially the pool, which is a huge plus. I also want to give a shoutout to Nick in the leasing office—he’s been friendly, professional, and super helpful whenever I’ve had questions. On top of that, the maintenance team is fantastic and always responds quickly, which really makes a difference. Overall, Artessa feels like a great place to call home.

  I stopped by the leasing office yesterday to inquire about (3) available 1 bedroom apartments on the property site map. The guy in the temporary leasing office (never got his name as he never introduced himself) stated he was completely booked all day and could not show me the (3) available apartments. He said I could look around the office since the office was in a 1 bedroom apartment but he could not show me the actual units as was busy! I said never mind and left. He never asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment for another day or anything. He was rude, unprofessional, and definitely not someone I would want to deal with as a resident. So I left without be provided any information. On my way out, I drove thru the property and noticed multiple broken down vehicles, torn window screens, and poor landscaping maintenance. It is a hard pass for me.

  Will and Caleb are the best. I needed my toilet fixed and they were here within minutes. They are both friendly and very knowledgeable and able to fix anything!!!!

  I recently had an issue with my microwave and the Artessa maintenance team was on it! Creed, Caleb, and Will had the issue resolved and the microwave replaced in no time!

  Joe is such an excellent property manager I enjoy knowing everything is taken care of with him around!
