The demeanor of the way they run this business is horrible not professional at all! If you communicate with a customer for at least 2 months there are several things to mention such as the road it has nothing to do with being able to DRIVE no one wants to die in the process of getting to a cabin! The receptionist had to be a child because they way she spoke on the phone was RUDE even when dealing with upset customers it’s a way to handle it! Reading his reviews seems he has NO customer service as well!! The owner was very nice in helping the 1st DAY after that it was do or die your on your own!! These people are committing bank fraud!! Horrible horrible business the way he quickly responds to the reviews he could have done with the email that we patiently waited for! For 5 daya instead all we received was a $800 FRAUDULENT charge DO NOT BOOK horrible business people!!
