Nickle and dime you for everything, rent out your place for Pennie’s on the dollar and wont pay you for months after. They leave a little bar of soap and travel size shampoo for the guests, no luxuries, no book for reviews, cleaning crew is average at best, and mainly relies on Airbnb to rent out. 25% charge on top of the Nickle and diming. With a new company now and getting top notch service and renting for 3x the nightly price with them. Go elsewhere and save the headache

- RKRuth KindtAug 1, 20241.0This agency rents through Airbnb. Because of that - they have to follow Airbnb policies. I followed Airbnb policies. I do not have to share documentation with them for my service animal. Airbnb has my documentation on record and had to intervene to stop them from harassing me. They sent rude, drunken, late night messages repeatedly. I continue to use Airbnb regularly and have never had any issues with any host before this. Truly an awful experience. Service dogs are also not mandated to wear any special equipment when not in public. Allergy specific requirements are also not listed and were not required - I contacted the individual who rented after me - and the host had lied about their allergies. I have not been blacklisted by Airbnb in any way. Airbnb also deleted the manager’s review of me as it violated HIPPA. I have no desire or need to damage their reputation - they do an excellent job on their own.
