  We purchased a home earlier this year through Clayton Homes of Crossville and have been very happy with the experience! Sarah and Crystal have been very responsive to any questions that we have had throughout the process. The purchase, delivery, and installation went very smoothly and Clayton Homes did a great job of coordinating the work of the contractors who came out. Eric has also been out to help with a few requests. He always came out very quickly and thoroughly addressed the issues! We are thankful for the opportunity to work with them!

  Can’t say enough good things about Clayton in Crossville…From the first phone call with Morgan , she was very knowledgeable and if it was something she couldn’t positively tell me about she would find out , she was prompt and on time with the scheduling , keeping phone calls and emails of updates continuously…Boss Man Mark called the day of delivery and made sure everything was going as planned and congratulated me…And Crystal was amazing with my welcome home information and gift! Super friendly and answered any questions and explained the package of information and what too do if there was a problem, and has also taken care of any minor thing I needed …And I stress minor…The house is amazing and all The crews that put it together and worked on it were awesome! I have nothing too complain about and I would definitely recommend Crossville Clayton! I love my home and I am thankful I made the decision too travel too you too purchase and deal with you all! Also the staff is all friendly and helpful!

  Clayton homes of Crossville was very professional and family friendly. They made sure to ask any questions we had and made sure we understood them. Their entire staff was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their forever home.
