From the moment I moved in, it’s been nothing but a headache. I’ve been here for six months, and it’s literally situation after situation, problem after problem. The leasing agent didn’t give me the proper information I needed during my move-in. I asked to see another unit during my walk-through but promised that this was the one, and everything would be fixed. I decided to give it a try, and a month later, my AC went out. After that, my tub started to peel badly. I put service tickets in for someone to come out, and they did, but they just painted over the problem. After the fourth time, I just stopped putting tickets in because obviously, the company they are hiring cannot complete the job. Lastly, the lack of communication and empathy from the leasing during the storm was my last straw. The neighbors’ water heater burst, and we had to walk on wet carpet for a day and a half. I had to demand new padding because they only wanted to replace the carpet and get it cleaned, but I tried to explain to them that both the carpet and padding were affected, so that wouldn’t work. They still wouldn’t listen. I reached out to the office a couple of times for a follow-up, and no response, so I decided to go higher up. I reached out to the regional manager, and then finally, the leasing office reached out to me. I got a solution to my problems, and I only like it because of the convenience and my baby, but I can’t wait until my lease is up.

Hate it and hate that I ever moved here. They are liars. I was lied to during my move-in, lied to when asked about someone coming to fix my tub, fix my drawers, lied when the snowstorm hit, and they have vendors to lie as well. This is my second time staying here, and I can say that the maintenance is really good and gets the job done in a timely manner. That’s really the good/only thing about them.
Oh, they were also okay with leaving a baby inside a potentially moldy apartment until the regional manager gave them different orders.
THE VALE appears to be a very old apartment community. Kitchen counters and sink fixtures are being updated which these units have increased rent
. The unsightly dumpsters are on display throughout the complex. The pool,, game room, community sitting area with exercise room are the best updated and best looking areas at The Vale. The Vales rental cost is much too high and seems to wamt to keep the same rent scale as the newer looking gated secure community across the street. Landscaping near pool is nice. Maybe adding grass to complex , hiding trash dumpsters , fresh white not gray paint outside , repair outside wooden panels on building as well as broken mailboxes , add ceiling fans and better carpet might make The Vale worth the price.

Desde que nos mudamos a estos apartamentos hace ya 5 meses han sido más los problemas que las soluciones; NO RECIBÍMOS NUESTRO CORREO POSTAL, estos apartamentos tienen un grave problema con el tema del correo postal, los buzones están muy mal organizados, algunos están sin su dirección escrita y otros dañados, ya hemos enviado mensajes a la administración y hasta hemos preguntado a la gente de mantenimiento y nada nadie sabe ni da respuesta de nada, estamos pidiendo que por favor nos solucionen esto y NO OBTENEMOS RESPUESTA, tuvimos que comunicarnos con la oficina de USPS para ver si era un problema de ellos o de sus repartidores y nos dijeron que no, que ya el problema es del complejo de apartamentos porque si han estado depositando nuestros correos pero en otro buzón que no es el nuestro. Le preguntamos a un repartidor de USPS si sabían algo de nuestros correos y si, efectivamente están depositando nuestro correo en un buzón el cual no tenemos la llave; ya enviamos correos electrónicos a la administración explicándoles que no tenemos la llave de nuestro buzón y NADA NADIE NOS DA UNA SOLUCIÓN. ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️‼️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️
Afortunadamente ya esperamos terminar nuestro contrato pronto con estos apartamentos, porque para el precio elevado que piden no se justifica pagar por algo que NO está en muy buenas condiciones, desde que nos mudamos hemos tenido también problemas con la calefacción, tuvimos que pasar hasta frío todo un fin de semana porque ese aparato mantiene más dañado que funcionando, los baños se tapan, la llave del lavamanos tiene fuga de agua, cuando recibí el apartamento lo entregaron sucio, manchado de pintura en el piso, los vidrios sucios y sin mencionar el problema de inseguridad que tuvimos al comienzo donde un individuo trató de entrar al patio pero se dió cuenta que tenemos cámaras y se fue. Definitivamente hay que revisar y pensar mejor dónde vivir.

I’m giving this place a 4 out of 5 because I do not want a bad review to reflect the current maintenance people and leasing representatives. The current people are amazing, care about the residents, and promptly work to fix any issues. Unfortunately, these apartments were so ill maintenanced before that we have had to deal with big issues and inconveniences. No air at one point during the summer, ceiling falling in, water being off during move in, electrical issues, filter being black during move in, etc. Luckily, the maintenance supervisor has given us a brand new water heater, AC condenser unit, brand new everything and does not short cut. Luckily, People after us will have better experience. Lease at your own discretion.
